Due to the natural Egyptian cotton used in their production, our Oxford pillowcases are also able to keep looking fresh over time. They have a smooth finish with a slight sheen which has been achieved by the addition of satin fibres. This is what gives your pillowcases and the rest of the Provence Collection bedding, such an elegant and luxurious look. Around the border of all four sides, or edges, there is a 5cm flap of decorative material which extends past the edge of the pillow. In the case of the Provence range this border is plain white and without the additional embroidery used in some of our other collections.

The Provence range of Oxford pillow cases are supplied as a set of two Oxford pillow cases, each in keeping with the characteristics of the Provence Collection of being pure plain white throughout. As you would expect they match perfectly with the duvet covers, fitted and flat sheets from the rest of the collection. This plain and simple design creates an elegant and traditional touch to your bed linen.

The Oxford pillow cases have an envelope style closure at one side which gives you easy access to the pillow. This envelop opening is practically completely hidden when the pillow is placed inside. They are easy to look after with no special washing programme required, this is because the pillowcases are made from only pure natural cotton fibres. One of the main benefits of this durability is that the texture of the cotton will also remain soft and smooth over time.
